目前聚羧酸系高性能减水剂大都应用于混凝土建筑工程领域，并且已取得多项研究成果，而在陶瓷领域中的研究较少。通过对羧酸系减水剂和黏土作用机理的分析，按照双电层理论和空间位阻理论对TD聚羧酸系陶瓷减水剂进行分子结构设计，将丙烯酸作为单体共聚物，甲基丙烯磺酸钠为原料，合成新型的TD系列聚羧酸陶瓷减水剂。
