目前聚羧酸系高性能减水剂大都应用于混凝土建筑工程领域,并且已取得多项研究成果,而在陶瓷领域中的研究较少。通过对羧酸系减水剂和黏土作用机理的分析,按照双电层理论和空间位阻理论对TD聚羧酸系陶瓷减水剂进行分子结构设计,将丙烯酸作为单体共聚物,甲基丙烯磺酸钠为原料,合成新型的TD系列聚羧酸陶瓷减水剂。
目前聚羧痠繫高性能減水劑大都應用于混凝土建築工程領域,併且已取得多項研究成果,而在陶瓷領域中的研究較少。通過對羧痠繫減水劑和黏土作用機理的分析,按照雙電層理論和空間位阻理論對TD聚羧痠繫陶瓷減水劑進行分子結構設計,將丙烯痠作為單體共聚物,甲基丙烯磺痠鈉為原料,閤成新型的TD繫列聚羧痠陶瓷減水劑。

At present, most of polycarboxylate superplasticizer used in concrete construction field, and has made a number of research results, and in the few studies in the field of ceramics. Through the mechanism of acid water reducing agent and clay analysis system, according to the electric double layer theory and the theory of steric TD polycarboxylate superplasticizer ceramic molecular structure design, as the acrylic monomer copolymer, methyl propylene sulfonate synthesized novel ceramic TD series polycarboxylate water reducer.
