本试验旨在研究铜对1~4周龄五龙鹅脂类代谢、抗氧化能力及免疫器官指数的影响,以确定鹅饲粮中铜的适宜添加水平。试验选用1日龄五龙鹅360只,随机分为6个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复10只。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮(铜含量为6.43 mg/kg),Ⅱ~Ⅴ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加15、30、60、120、240 mg/kg铜的试验饲粮。试验期4周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,Ⅱ组血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著增加( P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Ⅱ组血清总抗氧化能力及铜锌超氧化物歧化酶、铜蓝蛋白活性和免疫器官指数显著或极显著提高( P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶、铜蓝蛋白活性与免疫器官指数呈显著或极显著正相关( P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可见,饲粮中添加15 mg/kg铜对1~4周龄五龙鹅脂类代谢、机体抗氧化能力及免疫器官指数能够产生显著影响。机体抗氧化酶活性与脂类代谢及免疫器官指数相互间具有一定相关性。

본시험지재연구동대1~4주령오룡아지류대사、항양화능력급면역기관지수적영향,이학정아사량중동적괄의첨가수평。시험선용1일령오룡아360지,수궤분위6개조,매개조6개중복,매개중복10지。Ⅰ조위대조조,사위기출사량(동함량위6.43 mg/kg),Ⅱ~Ⅴ조분별사위재기출사량중첨가15、30、60、120、240 mg/kg동적시험사량。시험기4주。결과표명:1)여대조조상비,Ⅱ조혈청총담고순、감유삼지、저밀도지단백담고순함량현저혹겁현저강저(P<0.05혹P<0.01),고밀도지단백담고순함량현저증가( P<0.05)。2)여대조조상비,Ⅱ조혈청총항양화능력급동자초양화물기화매、동람단백활성화면역기관지수현저혹겁현저제고( P<0.05혹P<0.01)。3)혈청동자초양화물기화매、동람단백활성여면역기관지수정현저혹겁현저정상관( P<0.05혹P<0.01)。유차가견,사량중첨가15 mg/kg동대1~4주령오룡아지류대사、궤체항양화능력급면역기관지수능구산생현저영향。궤체항양화매활성여지류대사급면역기관지수상호간구유일정상관성。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of copper on lipid metabolism,antioxidant abili-ty and immune organ indexes of Wulong geese at the aged of 1 to 4 weeks,and to find the optimum copper level in diets. A total of 360 one-day-old Wulong geese were divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate. Geese in the groupⅠ(control group)were fed a basal diet( copper content was 6.43 mg/kg),and geese in the experimental groups( groups Ⅱ to Ⅵ)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 15,30,60,120 and 240 mg/kg copper,respectively. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed as follows:1)compared with control group,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipo-protein-cholesterol contents in group Ⅲ were significantly decreased( P<0.05),and high density lipoproteins-cholesterol content was significantly increased( P<0.05). 2)Compared with control group,total anti-oxidative capacity,the activities of CuZn superoxide dismutase( CuZn-SOD)and copper-protein( CP)and immune or-gan indexes in group Ⅱ were significantly improved( P<0.05 or P<0.01). 3)Serum CuZn-SOD and CP ac-tivities had significant positive correlation with the immune organ indexex(P<0.05 or P<0.01). In conclu-sion,adding 15 mg/kg copper in the diet has significant effects on lipid metabolism,antioxidant ability and immune organ indexes of Wulong geese aged from 1 to 4 weeks. It has a correlation among body antioxidant enzyme activity,lipid metabolism and immune organ indexes in some extent.
