特高压电网是坚强智能电网的基础。在分析1000 kV输电系统数学模型及运行特性的基础上,搭建拟建雅安-武汉1000 kV交流特高压输变电工程仿真模型,以重庆电网为研究背景,分别在特高压交流工程投入运行和不投入运行2种情况下仿真分析重庆电网不同运行方式、不同电源结构时的运行稳定性情况。结果表明,拟建雅安-武汉1000 kV特高压交流输变电工程能实现川西水电的跨区域、远距离、大容量、低损耗、高效率传输,有效缓解川西弃水现象,提高川渝间电力交换能力,提升重庆电网运行的安全稳定性,然而为进一步发挥特高压输电的优越性需对现有网架进行升级改造。

Ultra high voltage (UHV) power grid is the base of strong smart grids. On the basis of analyzing the transmission model for 1 000 kV transmission system and its operational characteristics, a 1 000 kV UHVAC transmission project from Ya’an to Wuhan is constructed. Taking the Chongqing power grid as the research background, the operational stability of Chongqing power grid under different operating modes and different power source structure is simulated in the two circumstances that the 1 000 kV UHVAC transmission project from Ya’an to Wuhan is put into operation and is not put into operation. Simulation results show that through the 1 000 kV UHVAC transmission project from Ya’an to Wuhan, which is planned to be constructed, the trans-regional, long-distance, high-capacity, low-loss and high-efficiency transmission of hydroelectric resource stored in western Sichuan province can be realized, thus the surplus water in western Sichuan can be effectively mitigated and the electric power exchange ability between Sichuan power grid and Chongqing power grid can be improved, and the security and stability of Chongqing power grid can be enhanced. Certainly, to further bring the superiority of UHVAC transmission into full play it is necessary to carry out upgrading and renovation of existing grid structure.
