为保证无刷励磁发电机的正常运行,提高发电模块的寿命和可靠性,对旋转整流器进行故障检测是非常必要的。对此,借助 MATLAB 仿真软件,对励磁机励磁电流的谐波成分进行仿真分析,并提出了采用数字电路和模拟电路这两种在线、非侵入式的旋转整流器故障检测方案,实现了旋转整流器故障在线诊断模块,并展望了下一步工作。
為保證無刷勵磁髮電機的正常運行,提高髮電模塊的壽命和可靠性,對鏇轉整流器進行故障檢測是非常必要的。對此,藉助 MATLAB 倣真軟件,對勵磁機勵磁電流的諧波成分進行倣真分析,併提齣瞭採用數字電路和模擬電路這兩種在線、非侵入式的鏇轉整流器故障檢測方案,實現瞭鏇轉整流器故障在線診斷模塊,併展望瞭下一步工作。

In order to ensure the normal operation of the brushless excitation generator, improve the service life and reliability of the power module, the rotating rectifier fault detection is very necessary. In this paper, by using MATLAB simulation software, the harmonic components of the excitation current of the exciter simulation analysis, the use of digital circuit and analog circuit of the two online, non-intrusive rotating rectifier fault detection schemes, the design of online diagnosis of rotating rectifier fault module hardware circuit, and prospected the next future work.
