This paper describes the advantages of digital substation concept and direct sourcing network hop networking solutions, describes the role of reclosing in high voltage line protection, and analyzes the difficulties of digital substation double sets of line protection reclosing between devices with each other, and combined with intelligent control box features, proposed implementation of digital substation 220 kV line protection reclosing cooperating.
