目的：目的研究BDNF对大鼠急性脊髓损伤后Bcl-2表达变化的影响。方法参照Nystrom压迫方法制作大鼠脊髓压迫损伤模型，成年健康Wistar大鼠88只，雌雄不限，随机分为正常对照组8只、损伤组40只、BDNF组80只。免疫组化和 Western 印迹检测各组大鼠 Bcl-2的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示：正常对照组Bcl-2阳性产物的平均光密度值（MOD）显著高于损伤组和BDNF组（P＜0.05）；而损伤组与BDNF组相比MOD值明显降低（P＜0.05）；Western 印迹结果显示：与正常对照组比较，损伤组与BDNF组Bcl-2的灰度值（ IDV）与内参照IDV的比值明显降低（P＜0.05），而损伤组则明显低于BDNF组（P＜0.05）。结论 BDNF很可通过上调Bcl-2的表达参与脊髓继发性损伤。
목적：목적연구BDNF대대서급성척수손상후Bcl-2표체변화적영향。방법삼조Nystrom압박방법제작대서척수압박손상모형，성년건강Wistar대서88지，자웅불한，수궤분위정상대조조8지、손상조40지、BDNF조80지。면역조화화 Western 인적검측각조대서 Bcl-2적표체。결과면역조화결과현시：정상대조조Bcl-2양성산물적평균광밀도치（MOD）현저고우손상조화BDNF조（P＜0.05）；이손상조여BDNF조상비MOD치명현강저（P＜0.05）；Western 인적결과현시：여정상대조조비교，손상조여BDNF조Bcl-2적회도치（ IDV）여내삼조IDV적비치명현강저（P＜0.05），이손상조칙명현저우BDNF조（P＜0.05）。결론 BDNF흔가통과상조Bcl-2적표체삼여척수계발성손상。
Objective To study the expression of Bcl-2 in acute spinal cord injury rat after BDNF injected .Methods The spinal cord injury was induced by Nystrom's way.The healthy adult Wistar rats (88) were randomly divided into normal control , spinal cord injury, BDNF groups on average .The expression of Bcl-2 was observed by immunochemistry and Western blot .Results The mean optic density ( MOD) of Bcl-2 positive product was decreased significantly in acute spinal cord injury group and BDNF group than that in normal control (P<0.05);but increased in BDNF group than that in acute spinal cord injury group (P<0.05).The integrated density value (IDV) was decreased significantly in spinal cord injury and BDNF groups than that in normal control group (P<0.05);but increased in BDNF group than that in spinal cord injury group (P<0.05).Conclusions One of the mechanisms for BDNF participate the pathogenesis of acute spinal cord injury mightbe upregulate the expression of Bcl-2.
