目的:探讨甘草皂苷(Glycyrrhizin)对单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)性脑炎小鼠的治疗作用。方法采用颅内接种 HSV-1病毒法建立 HSV性脑炎(HSE)小鼠模型,分为假手术组、溶剂组和 Glycyrrhizin 组,观察 Glycyrrhizin 对小鼠死亡率的影响,Western 印迹技术检测高迁移率族蛋白(HMG)B1和下游Toll样受体(TLR)4含量。结果与假手术组相比,溶剂组死亡率明显增加,HMGB1和 TLR4含量明显升高(P<0.05);与溶剂组相比,Glycyrrhizin组死亡率明显降低,HMGB1和TLR4表达量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 Glycyrrhizin可以通过抑制HMGB1和TLR4的表达而减少HSE小鼠死亡率。

목적:탐토감초조감(Glycyrrhizin)대단순포진병독(HSV)성뇌염소서적치료작용。방법채용로내접충 HSV-1병독법건립 HSV성뇌염(HSE)소서모형,분위가수술조、용제조화 Glycyrrhizin 조,관찰 Glycyrrhizin 대소서사망솔적영향,Western 인적기술검측고천이솔족단백(HMG)B1화하유Toll양수체(TLR)4함량。결과여가수술조상비,용제조사망솔명현증가,HMGB1화 TLR4함량명현승고(P<0.05);여용제조상비,Glycyrrhizin조사망솔명현강저,HMGB1화TLR4표체량현저강저(P<0.05)。결론 Glycyrrhizin가이통과억제HMGB1화TLR4적표체이감소HSE소서사망솔。
Objective To investigate whether glycyrrhizin is effective in treating encephalitis caused by herpes simplex virus in a mouse model .Methods The HSE model of ICR mouse was induced using intracranially injection of HSE .Neurological score was used to i-dentify the success of glycyrrhizin injection .Western blot was used to detect the expression of HMGB 1 and TLR4 due to secondary antoim-mune-mediated tissue damage .Results Glycyrrhizin decreased the mortality of HSE and decreased the expression level of HMGB 1 and TLR4(P<0.05).Conclusions Glycyrrhizin could alleviate secondary damage mediated by autoimmune reaction due to HSV -1 infection through HMGB1/TLR4 pathway .
