通过对广东省7所医学院校临床医学专业和临床医学相关专业共980名大五本科生的调查，了解医学人文精神培育现状。结果显示，当前主要存在人文课程设置、人文教学时间安排、人文精神培育方式等不合理的问题。医学人文教学应安排在基础教学和临床实习期间分别进行，而社会实践、医学实践、校园文化熏陶等应成为医学人文精神培育的主要方式。因此，通过均衡设置人文课程、合理安排人文教学时间、改进人文精神培育方式等手段，以提高医学生医学人文精神培育的效果。

It investigates the awareness about the medical humanities spirit cultivation of 980 the fifth grade undergraduates who come from clinical medicine and other relevant professional in seven Guangdong medical colleges .The result shows that there are some defect in humanities curriculum settings ,humanistic teaching schedule and humanistic spirit cultivation progress .In the view of the students ,social practice ,medical practice ,campus culture atmosphere ,lecture and self-improvement are effective ways to cultivate the medical humanistic spirit .And the medical humanistic spirit cultivation should be arranged in the period of basic medical knowledge teaching and clinical intern .Therefore ,it should maximize effectiveness of medical humanistic spirit cultivation by arranging the reasonable humanistic teaching schedule ,setting the balanced humanities curriculum ,improving the ways of humanistic spirit cultivation and guiding the awareness of students .
