目的：总结我院空勤科住院飞行人员疾病谱的特点，为新时期航卫保障提供参考依据。方法收集2006年1月-2012年12月住院飞行人员的病历资料，对其疾病谱进行分析研究。结果326例住院飞行人员疾病谱分布较广，排在前5位的是上呼吸道感染、自主神经功能紊乱、神经性头痛、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出。年龄分布在前3位的是25～29岁，30～34岁，35～39岁。医学鉴定结论为飞行合格250例，暂时不合格76例。结论住院飞行人员疾病谱，从一定程度上反映了本地区飞行人员从疾病、年龄到医学鉴定结论的分布特点，这对指导飞行部队航医有针对性地加强疾病的防范有重要意义。

Objective To provide evaluation references of air medical support by studing on aircrew disease spectrum in new era. Methods Analyzed the clinical data of the aircrew who suffered from disease and hospitalized from January 2006 to December 2012, studied the disease spectrum. Results The diseases of the 326 aircrew were different in that period. The top 5 diseases in the spectrum were infection of upper respiratory tract, neurasthenia, nervous headache, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation. The top 3 on age were 25~29 years old, 30~34 years old, 35~39 years old. Two hundred and fifty cases were qualified for flying and 76 cases were under supervision who stood for final medical evaluation. Conclusion With the study of disease spectrum, we should know the distribution of the disease, age, medical evaluation of aircrew well. It is suggested that the flight surgeons should put more attention to these diseases which from this disease spectrum on the local region.
