随着隧道建设发展,TBM掘进法在隧道施工中的应用日益广泛。为了进一步控制掘进方向,在换步作业中,主操作员根据激光导向系统提供的TBM主机位置数据进行调向作业,完成对主机掘进方向的调整,使TBM的掘进方向始终处于控制范围内。同时,结合本工程的地质资料和上一循环掘进情况,选择合理的掘进模式。

With the development of tunnel construction, the TBM tunneling method is being used more and more in tunnel construction. In order to control the drilling direction further, the main operator han-dles according to the lacation data of TBM provided by the laser guiding system, in order to realize the ad-justment to the tunneling direction of main engine, and make sure that the tunneling direction is under control. Meanwhile, combining with the geological data and the situation of the previous excavation cycle, the reasonable tunneling mode is selected.
