通过不同氮含量、原始状态和热处理制度的18CrNiMo7-6钢950℃保温50h晶粒度试验研究表明:锻材经1160℃正火处理,950℃保温时AlN充分析出,抑制晶粒长大作用明显,保温50h晶粒没有异常长大,完全可以满足渗碳齿轮用钢对晶粒度的要求。
通過不同氮含量、原始狀態和熱處理製度的18CrNiMo7-6鋼950℃保溫50h晶粒度試驗研究錶明:鍛材經1160℃正火處理,950℃保溫時AlN充分析齣,抑製晶粒長大作用明顯,保溫50h晶粒沒有異常長大,完全可以滿足滲碳齒輪用鋼對晶粒度的要求。

In this paper, the grain size test of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel with different N contents, original states and heat treatment processes after holding at 950℃for 50 hours was carried out, the results show that AlN precip-itated sufficiently during holding at 950℃after normalizing at 1160℃of the forged products, which obviously prevented grain growth;the grain did not grow abnormally after holding for 50 hours, which fully meet the grain size requirement of steel for carburized gear.
