以2013年我国钢铁行业重点统计企业各个工序平均能源消耗为基础,分析讨论了烧结、焦化、高炉炼铁、铁水预处理、转炉炼钢、精炼、连铸、热轧工序的有效能耗和损失能耗,估算了我国钢铁行业的能源利用效率。提出了优化粗钢生产工艺流程和取消热轧加热炉是提高能源利用效率的重要途径。
以2013年我國鋼鐵行業重點統計企業各箇工序平均能源消耗為基礎,分析討論瞭燒結、焦化、高爐煉鐵、鐵水預處理、轉爐煉鋼、精煉、連鑄、熱軋工序的有效能耗和損失能耗,估算瞭我國鋼鐵行業的能源利用效率。提齣瞭優化粗鋼生產工藝流程和取消熱軋加熱爐是提高能源利用效率的重要途徑。

Base on the average energy consumption for key enterprises of Chinese iron an steel industry in 2013, the effective energy and invalid energy in sintering, coking, iron making, pretreatment, steel making, refining, continuous casting, hot rolling were studied in this paper. The energy efficiency in Chinese iron and steel industry was calculated. The important methods to improve energy efficiency are to optimize production process and abolish heating furnace.
