目的:探讨穴位贴敷预防支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性,为中药“喘敷贴”临床推广应用提供依据。方法将143例患者随机分为穴位贴敷组(治疗组)75例和安慰剂组(对照组)68例。治疗组于三伏天采取穴位贴敷方法,同期对照组贴敷安慰剂,治疗32 d为1个疗程。通过观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状及发作次数来评价“喘敷贴”预防哮喘的临床疗效。结果治疗组综合疗效总有效率为94.67%,发作次数总有效率为86.67%,对照组则分别为52.94%、44.12%,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论中药“喘敷贴”三伏天穴位贴敷可显著减轻和控制哮喘发作。

목적:탐토혈위첩부예방지기관효천적림상료효급안전성,위중약“천부첩”림상추엄응용제공의거。방법장143례환자수궤분위혈위첩부조(치료조)75례화안위제조(대조조)68례。치료조우삼복천채취혈위첩부방법,동기대조조첩부안위제,치료32 d위1개료정。통과관찰량조환자치료전후적림상증상급발작차수래평개“천부첩”예방효천적림상료효。결과치료조종합료효총유효솔위94.67%,발작차수총유효솔위86.67%,대조조칙분별위52.94%、44.12%,량조간비교차이균유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론중약“천부첩”삼복천혈위첩부가현저감경화공제효천발작。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint sticking in prevention of bron-chial asthma ,and provide the basis for the clinical application of Chinese medicine “breath applicator”. Methods 143 patients were randomly divided into acupoint application group (treatment group ,75 cases) and placebo group (control group ,68 cases). The treatment group was given acupoint application method. The control group was given placebo sticking. Course of treatment for both groups was 32 days. Both before and after treatment ,the clin-ical symptoms and the number of attacks w ere observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of “breath applicator” to prevent bronchial asthma. Results The total effective rate of whole effects and the number of episodes in the treatment group was 94.67% and 86.67% respectively ,whereas 52.94% and 44.12% in the control group ,with significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application of herbal asthma applica-tor during dog days can significantly mitigate and control attacks of bronchial asthma.
