山葡萄为葡萄科葡萄属的多年生落叶藤本植物,是重要的一种浆果类果树。本文通过对四平地区引种栽培的山葡萄物候期、产量、生长等基本情况及品质特征进行了分析。结果表明在引种到四平地区的山葡萄品种中,双红和双优两个品种的物候期情况接近,萌芽期在4月15~30日之间、开花期在5月5~10日之间、果实着色期在8月5~10日之间、果实成熟期在9月10~25日之间、落叶期在10月5~15日之间,而左优红和北冰红二个山葡萄品种的物候期要比双红和双优的物候期晚5~15天。四个品种所酿造的葡萄酒的酒精度数均在13度以上,果汁的含糖量在80 g/ L 左右,果实的出汁率在60%左右。本研究表明引种栽培到四平地区的山葡萄完全适应了本地土壤和气候条件。

산포도위포도과포도속적다년생락협등본식물,시중요적일충장과류과수。본문통과대사평지구인충재배적산포도물후기、산량、생장등기본정황급품질특정진행료분석。결과표명재인충도사평지구적산포도품충중,쌍홍화쌍우량개품충적물후기정황접근,맹아기재4월15~30일지간、개화기재5월5~10일지간、과실착색기재8월5~10일지간、과실성숙기재9월10~25일지간、락협기재10월5~15일지간,이좌우홍화북빙홍이개산포도품충적물후기요비쌍홍화쌍우적물후기만5~15천。사개품충소양조적포도주적주정도수균재13도이상,과즙적함당량재80 g/ L 좌우,과실적출즙솔재60%좌우。본연구표명인충재배도사평지구적산포도완전괄응료본지토양화기후조건。
Vitis amurensis is perennial deciduous vines of grape genus,and it is one of the important berries fruit trees. Phenophase,production,growth character and quality characteristics are studied in this research. Results show that“Shuang You”and“Shuang Hong”of two varieties,their stages in germination is from April 15th to 30th. Flowering period is from May 5th to 10th. Fruit coloring period is from August 5th to 10th. Fruit mature period is from September 10th to 25th. Deciduous period is from October 5th to 15th.“Zou You Hong”and“Bei Bing Hong”of two varieties,their phenophase was later 5-15 days than the previous two varieties. Wine alcohol degree brewed by this four varieties are more than 13 degrees. Sugar content of fruit juice is about 80 g / L. Juice yield of fruit rate is about 60% . This suggests that the Vitis amurensis of four varieties that be transplanted in Siping can greatly adapt to the soil and climate of Siping.
