在 NaAlO2、KH2 PO4复合体系中添加不同浓度的乳酸钠对镁合金进行微弧氧化处理,研究了陶瓷层生长速率随乳酸钠浓度的变化规律,并对陶瓷层采用扫描电镜进行表面形貌观察;利用 X 射线衍射仪对膜层相组成进行分析,用电化学工作站进行动电位极化曲线测试。结果表明:乳酸钠浓度为3 mL/ L 时所获得的膜层致密性较好并具有最佳的耐蚀性。
在 NaAlO2、KH2 PO4複閤體繫中添加不同濃度的乳痠鈉對鎂閤金進行微弧氧化處理,研究瞭陶瓷層生長速率隨乳痠鈉濃度的變化規律,併對陶瓷層採用掃描電鏡進行錶麵形貌觀察;利用 X 射線衍射儀對膜層相組成進行分析,用電化學工作站進行動電位極化麯線測試。結果錶明:乳痠鈉濃度為3 mL/ L 時所穫得的膜層緻密性較好併具有最佳的耐蝕性。
재 NaAlO2、KH2 PO4복합체계중첨가불동농도적유산납대미합금진행미호양화처리,연구료도자층생장속솔수유산납농도적변화규률,병대도자층채용소묘전경진행표면형모관찰;이용 X 사선연사의대막층상조성진행분석,용전화학공작참진행동전위겁화곡선측시。결과표명:유산납농도위3 mL/ L 시소획득적막층치밀성교호병구유최가적내식성。
Magnesium alloy was prepared by micro-arc oxidation in the NaAlO2 ,KH2 PO4 compround system adding different concentrations of sodium lactate. Variation rules of the growth rate of ceramic layer with sodium lactate concentration were studied. Morphology and structure of the ceramic layer were observed by SEM. The phase composition of film was analyzed by XRD. The potentiodynamic polarization curves were tested by the electrochemical workstation. The results show that when concentration of sodium lactate is 3 mL/ L,the denseness of ceramic coating is good,and the corrosion resistance of ceramic coating is the best.
