推进轴系在船舶动力装置中起着重要的作用,船舶艉管轴承在船舶非正常运行过程中,往往出现高温报警。基于径向滑动轴承的水动力润滑机理,建立了某大型船舶艉管轴承油膜润滑的数学模型,采用超松弛迭代法计算流体动力润滑二维Reynolds方程,分析了船舶艉管轴承间隙比和沟漕位置对轴承承载力的影响。通过对艉管轴承的优化设计,改变了艉管轴承的沟槽位置及轴承间隙,提高了轴承的承载力,该船在再次试航和实际营运中艉管轴承未再出现高温报警。

Propulsion shafting plays an important role in marine propulsion units, high temperature alerts often occur to marine stern tube bearing during abnormal operations. This study establishes an oil film lubrication mathematical model for stern tube bearing of a large vessel based on the hydrodynamic lubrication mechanism of radial sliding bearings;uses the over-relaxation iterative method to compute the dynamic lubrication 2D Reynolds equation; and analyzes the influence of stern tube bearing clearance ratio and groove position on the bearing load. Through design optimization, the groove position and bearing clearance of the stern tube bearing are modified to improve bearing capacity. No high temperature alert has ever occurred to the stern tube bearing of this ship during later sea trials and actual operations.
