目的:探讨卵巢癌患者血清可溶性 T RAIL、IL-12浓度变化。方法选择上皮性卵巢癌患者175例,正常对照者170例,用ELISA法检测血清sT RAIL、IL-12浓度,电化学发光法检测卵巢癌组血清CA125、CA199浓度。结果卵巢癌组血清sTRAIL、IL-12浓度明显低于正常对照组( P <0.05);卵巢癌组临床病理分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者血清sT RAIL、IL-12浓度明显高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者( P <0.05);病理组织学分级高分化组、中分化组、低分化组血清sTRAIL、IL-12浓度逐渐下降,且高分化组与低分化组均有统计学差异( P <0.05);卵巢癌患者血清sTRAIL浓度与CA125呈负相关( P<0.05)。结论检测血清sTRAIL、IL-12浓度对卵巢癌早期诊断、推断疾病分期及组织学分级有一定意义。

목적:탐토란소암환자혈청가용성 T RAIL、IL-12농도변화。방법선택상피성란소암환자175례,정상대조자170례,용ELISA법검측혈청sT RAIL、IL-12농도,전화학발광법검측란소암조혈청CA125、CA199농도。결과란소암조혈청sTRAIL、IL-12농도명현저우정상대조조( P <0.05);란소암조림상병리분기Ⅰ~Ⅱ기환자혈청sT RAIL、IL-12농도명현고우Ⅲ~Ⅳ기환자( P <0.05);병리조직학분급고분화조、중분화조、저분화조혈청sTRAIL、IL-12농도축점하강,차고분화조여저분화조균유통계학차이( P <0.05);란소암환자혈청sTRAIL농도여CA125정부상관( P<0.05)。결론검측혈청sTRAIL、IL-12농도대란소암조기진단、추단질병분기급조직학분급유일정의의。
Objective To explore the changes in the concentration of serum sTRAIL ,IL-12 in patients with ovarian cancer .Methods 175 cases with ovarian cancer and 170 healthy controls were selected ,and the concentrations of serum sTRAIL and IL-12 were detected by ELISA method .Concentration of CA125 and CA199 in serum in ovarian cancer group were detected by electrochemical luminescence method .Re-sults Concentrations of serum sTRAIL and IL-12 in ovarian cancer group were lower than those in the healthy controls( P <0 .05) .Concentrations of serum sTRAIL ,IL-12 in Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ stage ovarian cancer were higher than those in Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ stage classified by clinical stage( P <0 .05) .According to histological grade , serum sTRAIL ,IL-12 concentrations decreased gradually among well differentiated group ,moderately dif-ferentiated group and poorly differentiated group ,and significant differences were found between the well-differentiated group and the poorly differentiated group ( P <0 .05);Concentrations of serum sTRAIL in patients with ovarian cancer were negatively correlated with concentrations of CA125( P <0 .05) .Conclusion Joint detection of serum sTRAIL and IL-12 is useful for early diagnosis ,evaluating clinical stage and histologi-cal differentiation of ovarian carcinoma .
