意识形态安全是国家安全的灵魂，而“智库”以其智力密集性、思想创新性、政策影响力和公众关注度，在加强意识形态安全建设中具有重要作用。现代智库兴起于西方并积累了大量经验：智库与政府紧密配合为国家战略和政策的制定生产和储备思想基础，通过“旋转门”机制构筑政治精英与学术精英紧密的思想联盟，善用各类媒介平台和国际合作传播自己的主流价值观，扩大官方意识形态影响力等。当前我国智库应以开阔的国际视野积极审慎地批判借鉴西方智库相关经验，提高马克思主义理论和其他基础理论研究创新水平，增强价值观传播能力和舆论方向引导力，使智库在意识形态安全建设中更好发挥战略政策产备库、跨界人才流动站、大众理性思考培育者、国际交流合作对话平台、人类文明进步推进器等作用。
意識形態安全是國傢安全的靈魂，而“智庫”以其智力密集性、思想創新性、政策影響力和公衆關註度，在加彊意識形態安全建設中具有重要作用。現代智庫興起于西方併積纍瞭大量經驗：智庫與政府緊密配閤為國傢戰略和政策的製定生產和儲備思想基礎，通過“鏇轉門”機製構築政治精英與學術精英緊密的思想聯盟，善用各類媒介平檯和國際閤作傳播自己的主流價值觀，擴大官方意識形態影響力等。噹前我國智庫應以開闊的國際視野積極審慎地批判藉鑒西方智庫相關經驗，提高馬剋思主義理論和其他基礎理論研究創新水平，增彊價值觀傳播能力和輿論方嚮引導力，使智庫在意識形態安全建設中更好髮揮戰略政策產備庫、跨界人纔流動站、大衆理性思攷培育者、國際交流閤作對話平檯、人類文明進步推進器等作用。
의식형태안전시국가안전적령혼，이“지고”이기지력밀집성、사상창신성、정책영향력화공음관주도，재가강의식형태안전건설중구유중요작용。현대지고흥기우서방병적루료대량경험：지고여정부긴밀배합위국가전략화정책적제정생산화저비사상기출，통과“선전문”궤제구축정치정영여학술정영긴밀적사상련맹，선용각류매개평태화국제합작전파자기적주류개치관，확대관방의식형태영향력등。당전아국지고응이개활적국제시야적겁심신지비판차감서방지고상관경험，제고마극사주의이론화기타기출이론연구창신수평，증강개치관전파능력화여론방향인도력，사지고재의식형태안전건설중경호발휘전략정책산비고、과계인재류동참、대음이성사고배육자、국제교류합작대화평태、인류문명진보추진기등작용。
Ideology security is the soul of national security ,and think-tank plays an important role in strengthe-ning ideology security construction because of its intelligence-intensiveness ,ideological innovation ,policy influ-ence and public concern .The contemporary think-tank arose in the west and accumulated a lot of experience , such as working closely with governments to produce and reserve intellectual foundations for national strategic policy ,building a thought alien that combines the thoughts of academic elites and political elites by revolving door mechanism ,using various media platform and international cooperation to spread its mainstream value and expand the influence of official ideology ,etc .At present ,Chinese think-tank should learn related experience of western think-tank critically ,actively and prudently with an open international vision .Then we can raise the level of theoretical research innovation of Marxist theory and other basic theories ,and strengthen the spread ca-pability of values and the leadership of public opinion .As a result ,think-tank could perform such functions in the construction of ideology security as the warehouse of strategic policy ,the moving station of cross-border talent ,the raiser of the public to think rationally ,the dialogue platform of international exchanges and coopera-tion and the propeller of human civilization progress .
