目的:探讨细胞系列特异性抗原在急性髓性白血病(AML)中的表达及临床意义。方法采用CD45/SSC双参数设门流式细胞术检测120例A M L患者幼稚细胞表面及胞浆抗原表达。结果在A M L中细胞膜抗原CD13、CD33和CD117表达最常见,分别为95.0%、95.0%和79.2%, CD117特异性高于CD13和CD33( P <0.01);胞浆抗原cM PO敏感性和特异性与CD117、胞浆抗原CD19敏感性与cCD79a比较差异均无统计学意义( P >20.05),但cCD79a的特异性高于CD19( P <0.01)。结论多参数流式细胞数检测细胞系列特异性胞浆抗原表达是诊断急性髓性白血病的一项可靠技术。

Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of serial specific antigens in pa-tients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML) .Methods Two-parameter of CD45/SSC gating flow cytometry was used to analyze expressions of the surface and cytoplasmic antigen in juvenile cells of 120 AML pa-tients .Results The expressions of CD13 (95 .0% ) ,CD33 (95 .0% ) and CD117 (79 .2% ) were the common in AML patients ,and the specificity of CD117 was higher than that of CD13 and CD33( P <0 .01) .There were no significant differences in sensitivity and specificity between cytoplasmic antigen cMPO and surface antigen CD117( P >0 .05) .No statistical significance in sensitivity was found between cytoplasmic anti-gens cCD79a and CD19 ( P >0 .05) ,but the specificity of cCD79 was higher than that of CD19( P <0 . 01) .Conclusion Muli-parameter flow cytometry is a reliable technique in diagnosing AML .
