目的：探讨分次切除联合眼睑松弛矫正术对眼睑黄色瘤治疗的临床疗效。方法分次切除联合眼睑松弛矫正法治疗8例眼睑黄色瘤患者，观察随访疗效。结果8例病人中2例女性患者术后2次手术切除残留黄色瘤组织，其余6例患者外观满意放弃再次手术治疗；术后2年所有8例患者均无黄色瘤增生加重现象。结论分次切除联合眼睑松弛矫正对于眼睑黄色瘤治疗是一种有效的手术方法。
목적：탐토분차절제연합안검송이교정술대안검황색류치료적림상료효。방법분차절제연합안검송이교정법치료8례안검황색류환자，관찰수방료효。결과8례병인중2례녀성환자술후2차수술절제잔류황색류조직，기여6례환자외관만의방기재차수술치료；술후2년소유8례환자균무황색류증생가중현상。결론분차절제연합안검송이교정대우안검황색류치료시일충유효적수술방법。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of fractional resection combined with blepha-rochalasis correction in the treatment of eyelid xanthoma .Methods 8 cases of patients suffering from eyelid xanthoma have been treated with fractional resection combined with blepharochalasis correction . Results As the follow-up showed ,among the 8 patients observed ,2 female patients ablated the xanthoma tissue twice after the operation while the rest of the patients gave up further therapy due to the fact that they were already satisfied with their appearance .Besides ,the further clinical follow-up failed to detect any re-currence of eyelid xanthoma during the two years after operation .Conclusion Fractional resection combined with blepharochalasis correction is an effective treatment for the cure of patients with eyelid xanthoma .
