目的:探讨子宫肌瘤切除术中垂体后叶素预防子宫创面出血的效果。方法选择2010年3月至2010年12月子宫肌瘤切除术患者共96例,随机分为两组各48例。对照组术中应用缩宫素,观察组术中应用垂体后叶素,统计分析术中出血量、手术时间及不良反应等。结果对照组平均出血量(98.20±52.30)m L ,观察组平均出血量(40.20±23.70)m L ;对照组手术时间(97.30±42.60)min ,观察组手术时间(78.20±32.10)min ,两组比较差异均有统计学意义( P <0.05)。两种止血方法均无明显不良反应。结论垂体后叶素可更有效的减少子宫肌瘤切除术中的出血量,缩短手术时间。

목적:탐토자궁기류절제술중수체후협소예방자궁창면출혈적효과。방법선택2010년3월지2010년12월자궁기류절제술환자공96례,수궤분위량조각48례。대조조술중응용축궁소,관찰조술중응용수체후협소,통계분석술중출혈량、수술시간급불량반응등。결과대조조평균출혈량(98.20±52.30)m L ,관찰조평균출혈량(40.20±23.70)m L ;대조조수술시간(97.30±42.60)min ,관찰조수술시간(78.20±32.10)min ,량조비교차이균유통계학의의( P <0.05)。량충지혈방법균무명현불량반응。결론수체후협소가경유효적감소자궁기류절제술중적출혈량,축단수술시간。
Objective To explore the effect of pituitrin on the prevention of uterine bleeding in hystero-myomectomy .Methods 96 cases of hysteromyomectomy treated from March ,2010 to December ,2010 were randomly divided into two groups ,with 48 cases in each group .Oxytocin was used in the control group ,while pituitrin was used in the observation group .The bleeding volume ,operation time and ad-verse reactions were analyzed .Results The average bleeding volume of the control group was 98 .20 ± 52 . 30 ml ,and that of the observation group was 40 .20 ± 23 .70 ml;the operation time of control group was 97 .30 ± 42 .60 min ,and that of observation group was 78 .20 ± 32 .10 min .The differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0 .05) and the two hemostatic methods had no significant ad-verse reactions .Conclusion T he application of pituitrin in hystero-myomectomy can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the operation time .
