目的:探讨B超引导下经皮针吸细胞学联合血清AFP和SA 测定对肝内结节病变的定性诊断价值。方法选取行B超引导下经皮针吸细胞学联合检查患者血清AFP和SA水平肝癌患者147例,统计分析单项检测与联合检测的应用价值。结果147例肝癌患者,B超引导下经皮针吸细胞学检查阳性率为71.4%,血清A F P阳性率72.8%,S A 阳性率64.6%,三者联合检查阳性率95.9%。结论 B超引导下经皮针吸细胞学检查联合血清AFP和SA测定有助于提高肝占位性病变的定性诊断,对早期诊断肝癌有重要价值。

목적:탐토B초인도하경피침흡세포학연합혈청AFP화SA 측정대간내결절병변적정성진단개치。방법선취행B초인도하경피침흡세포학연합검사환자혈청AFP화SA수평간암환자147례,통계분석단항검측여연합검측적응용개치。결과147례간암환자,B초인도하경피침흡세포학검사양성솔위71.4%,혈청A F P양성솔72.8%,S A 양성솔64.6%,삼자연합검사양성솔95.9%。결론 B초인도하경피침흡세포학검사연합혈청AFP화SA측정유조우제고간점위성병변적정성진단,대조기진단간암유중요개치。
Objective To explore the value of B ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration cytology com-bined with serum AFP and SA in the localization and qualitative diagnosis of liver cancer . Methods From February 2009 to June 2013 ,147 patients with focal liv-er lesions underwent B ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration cytology combined with serum AFP and SA .Statistic analysis and comparison were made to as-sess the application value of single detection and combined detection .Results Among 147 cases of liver pa-tients ,71 .4% showed cytologically positive in the B ultrasound-guided fine needle cytology detection ,the serum AFP positive rate was 72 .8% ,and the SA 64 .6% .But the positive rate rose to 95 .9% when com-bined detection of the three was carried out .Conclusion The results demonstrate that B ultrasound-guided percutaneous needle cytology detection increases puncture accuracy and reduces the complication of organ injury .Serum AFP combined with SA determination contributes to improve the qualitative diagnosis of liv-er lesions ,and provides an important means for early diagnosis of liver cancer .
