目的：观察奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钙对急性脑梗死患者血栓前状态的影响及临床疗效。方法急性脑梗死患者126例，随机分为A、B、C三组各42例，A组给予奥扎格雷钠及低分子肝素钙治疗，B组给予奥扎格雷钠，C组给予低分子肝素钙。治疗前后对3组患者进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分及检测血栓前状态指标v W F、G M P140的变化，同时监测药物不良反应。结果治疗后，A组神经功能损伤评分显著低于B组和C组（ P ＜0．05），三组血栓前状态标志物血清vWF、GMP140水平较治疗前显著下降，且A组患者显著低于B、C两组（ P ＜0．05），三组患者均无明显不良反应。结论急性脑梗死患者奥扎格雷钠联合低分子肝素钙治疗能有效抑制血小板活化，改善血栓前状态，对改善长期临床预后有一定影响。
목적：관찰오찰격뢰납연합저분자간소개대급성뇌경사환자혈전전상태적영향급림상료효。방법급성뇌경사환자126례，수궤분위A、B、C삼조각42례，A조급여오찰격뢰납급저분자간소개치료，B조급여오찰격뢰납，C조급여저분자간소개。치료전후대3조환자진행림상신경공능결손정도평분급검측혈전전상태지표v W F、G M P140적변화，동시감측약물불량반응。결과치료후，A조신경공능손상평분현저저우B조화C조（ P ＜0．05），삼조혈전전상태표지물혈청vWF、GMP140수평교치료전현저하강，차A조환자현저저우B、C량조（ P ＜0．05），삼조환자균무명현불량반응。결론급성뇌경사환자오찰격뢰납연합저분자간소개치료능유효억제혈소판활화，개선혈전전상태，대개선장기림상예후유일정영향。
Objective To observe the curative effect of ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular weight hepa-rin calcium(LMWHC) on the prethrombotic state of patients with acute cerebral infarction .Methods 126 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups .Group A was treated with ozagrel sodium combined with LMWHC (n=42) , Group B with ozagrel Sodium (n=42) and Group C with LMWHC (n=42) .Before and after the treatments ,the nervous function damage degree (NDS) of the 3 groups was scored and the prethrombotic state markers (vWF and GMP140) were checked ,and the side effects were recorded at the same time .Results After treatment ,NDS in Group A were much lower than those in Group B and Group C .The markers of Serum levels of vWF and GMP-140 were all reduced in three groups after treatment ,which were much lower in Group A than those in Group B and Group C ( P<0 .05) .No serious side effects happened .Conclusion LMWHC in combination with Ozagrel So-dium can suppress the progress of platelet activation ,ameliorate the prethrombotic state and have a certain effect on the long-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction .
