为研究饲粮中添加有机硒和大豆异黄酮对哺乳母猪繁殖性能的影响,试验选用胎次相同、体况和预产期相近的长大杂种二元妊娠母猪20头,随机分为2组,即对照组和有机硒+大豆异黄酮组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,有机硒+大豆异黄酮组在基础饲粮基础上添加有机硒0.27 mg/kg和大豆异黄酮7.5 mg/kg,试验全期28 d,产前7 d为预试期,产后21 d为正试期。结果:有机硒+大豆异黄酮组母猪泌乳期背膘损失比对照组显著降低21.05%(P<0.05),母猪断奶-发情间隔比对照组缩短3.79 d,差异极显著(P<0.01),但两组间母猪日采食量没有明显变化;有机硒+大豆异黄酮组母猪常乳中的乳蛋白、乳糖和硒含量显著高于对照组;有机硒+大豆异黄酮组仔猪平均日增重和成活率分别比对照组高65.23%和25.51%,差异均达显著水平(P<0.05)。说明饲粮中添加有机硒和大豆异黄酮能够改善母猪的繁殖性能。

In order to study the effects of feeding organic selenium and soy isoflavones on the reproductive per-formance of sows.Twenty pregnant sows (Danish Landrace×Yorksire) with the same parity, similar body condition and expected date of confinement were randomly allocated to 2 groups with 10 replicates of 1 sow in each trial. The control group was fed basal diet. In treatment group, organic selenium and soy isoflavone was fed at the dose of 0.27 mg/kg and 7.5 mg/kg respectively on the basis of the control group. The whole trial period was 28 days,including 7 d pretrial period and 21 d experimental period. The results of the trial showed that:the lactation backfat loss of test group was 21.05%significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),the weaning to estrus interval of test group was 3.79 d shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.01),but there was no difference on the feed intake between two groups;the content of milk protein, lactose and milk selenium in sow milk of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the aver-age daily weight gain and survival rate of piglets in the test group was 65.23% and 25.51% higher than that of control group respectively, and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The test results showed that organic se-lenium and soybean isoflavone can improve the reproductive performance of sows.
