为研究谷氨酰胺对保育猪小肠形态学发育程度的影响,选择270头(29±2)日龄生长发育良好的杜长大三元杂种保育猪,按体重相近、性别组成一致的原则随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复18头猪。空白对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素对照组在基础饲粮中添加阿莫西林400 g/t,3个试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的谷氨酰胺。预试期7 d,正试期70 d。结果显示,十二指肠绒毛长度,1.5%谷氨酰胺组分别比抗生素对照组和空白对照组显著提高53.29%(P<0.05)和57.80%(P<0.05)。十二指肠绒毛宽度,与空白对照组相比,1.5%谷氨酰胺组显著提高46.17%(P<0.05)。空肠隐窝深度,与抗生素对照组相比,0.5%谷氨酰胺组显著提高44.59%(P<0.05)。其余各项指标组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。说明谷氨酰胺能有效改善小肠结构发育状况。

DLY nursing piglets were using as the materials to analyse the effect of Glutamine on the morphologi-cal development degree of small intestine in them.We selected 270 health piglets which at their age of (29±2) day and divided them into 5 groups with 3 repeats on the base of weight and sex,each repeat has 18 piglets.Con-trol group fed with based diet while the compared group added with 400 g/t amoxicillin.And the three test groupsadded with 0.5%,1.0% and 1.5% of Gln respectively.Prepare period was 7 days and the test period is 70 days.The results show that in terms of the length of intestinal villus in duodenum,1.5% of Gln can improve it significantly compared with the control group and compare group by 53.29%(P<0.05)and 57.80%(P<0.05). Compared with control group,the test group with 1.5%of Gln had increased the breath of intestinal villus in duo-denum obviously by 46.17%(P<0.05).Meanwhile,adding 0.5% of Gln can decrease the depth of recess in je-junum compared with compare group by 44.59%(P<0.05).However,other indexes have no significant differences according to the results.It illustrated that Glutamine has positive effects on the development of small intestine in nursing pigs.
