为研究不同能量和蛋白质水平对川藏黑猪配套系商品猪的影响,选择2013年1月出生、生长发育良好、体重20 kg左右的川藏黑猪仔猪24头为研究对象,随机分为3组,每组2个重复,每个重复4头猪,试验1组饲喂低能低蛋白质饲粮,试验2组饲喂中等能量蛋白质饲粮,试验3组饲喂高能高蛋白质饲粮。试验猪体重达90 kg左右时结束饲养试验,每组8头试验猪全部屠宰,测定胴体和肉质性状。结果表明,料重比,低能低蛋白质组为3.38,分别比中等能量蛋白质组和高能高蛋白质组高0.11(P>0.05)和0.22(P<0.05);日增重,低能低蛋白质组为546.11 g,分别比中等能量蛋白质组和高能高蛋白质组低49.89和51.96 g,差异显著(P<0.05);屠宰率,中等能量蛋白质组为73.78%,分别比低能低蛋白质组和高能高蛋白质组高2.03和2.08个百分点,差异显著(P<0.05);低能低蛋白质组肌纤维直径为89.90μm,最大剪切力为5677.50 g,均显著高于中等能量蛋白质组和高能高蛋白质组(P<0.05)。

To study the effect of different energy a nd protein levels supporting the department of on the commercial pigs of Chuanzang Black Swine Hybrid,choose 24 pigs which borned in January 2013,growth is good,weighing about 20 kg for the study,these pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups and fed four pigs in every replicate.The first test group was fed a low energy-protein diet,the second test group was fed the medium energy-protein diet,the third group was fed experimental high energy-protein diet.At the end of pigs weighing about 90 kg feeding trials,each eight pigs slaughtered all measured carcass and meat quality traits.The results showed that the ratio of feed of the low energy-protein group was 3.38,respectively,higher 0.11(P>0.05) and 0.22 (P<0.05) than the medium and high energy-protein groups.The daily gain of the low energy-protein group was 546.11 g,which was lower 49.89 and 51.96 g than the medium and high energy-protein groups,the difference was significant (P<0.05);the slaughter rate, medium energy-protein group was 73.78%,which was higher 2.03 and 2.08 percentage points than the low energy-protein group and the high energy-protein group(P<0.05).The muscle fiber diameter of the low energy-protein group was 89.90 μm,the maximum shear force was 5 677.50 g.The both datas were significantly higher than the other two groups (P<0.05).
