为实现白芨的快速繁殖,以白芨的成熟蒴果为材料,在 MS、1/2 MS、KC、VW 添加6-BA及椰汁乳的培养基上进行无菌播种.种子萌发后形成的原球茎接种到不同培养基上进行扩增繁殖,建立白芨无性繁殖体系.结果表明:种子萌发最佳培养基为液体培养基1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1,添加10%的椰汁乳能有效提高萌发率,促进原球茎的生长;无性繁殖最佳培养基为 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1.此无性繁殖体系的建立有助于白芨的相关研究和产业化.

위실현백급적쾌속번식,이백급적성숙삭과위재료,재 MS、1/2 MS、KC、VW 첨가6-BA급야즙유적배양기상진행무균파충.충자맹발후형성적원구경접충도불동배양기상진행확증번식,건립백급무성번식체계.결과표명:충자맹발최가배양기위액체배양기1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1,첨가10%적야즙유능유효제고맹발솔,촉진원구경적생장;무성번식최가배양기위 MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.2 mg·L-1.차무성번식체계적건립유조우백급적상관연구화산업화.
The mature capsule of Bletilla striata was used as material for asymbiotic germination and rapid propagation in this experiment.The seeds was seeding at different culture medium with MS、1/2MS、KC、VW as basal medium added various concentration of 6-BA and coconut milk. The protocorm was inoculating at different propagational media after seed germination and the formation of protocorm. The results showed that the best suitable media for seed germination was liquid media supplementing with 6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1 and NAA 0.2 mg·L-1 ,with highest germination rate.Adding 10% coconut juice could not only improve the seed germination rate, but also increase the growth of protocorm growth and it's propagation.The MS media supple-menting with 6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1 and NAA 0.2 mg·L-1 was best suitable for propagation in vitro,wheres,the MS medium with 6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1 and NAA 0.8 mg·L-1 was best for protocorm and plantlets growth. This protocol of successful plant regeneration by asymbiotic seed germination should permit rapid propagation and conservation of this medicinally important Bletilla striata species.
