利用热泵干燥设备,在不同干燥条件下针对大理去皮鲜核桃进行干燥,得出核桃的热泵干燥曲线和干燥速率曲线。结果表明,干燥温度和干燥介质的相对湿度是影响热泵干燥核桃的重要因素,根据核桃的干燥曲线和干燥速率曲线得到以下结论并进行了相应的试验研究:定色期干燥温度设定在40℃,湿度35%,并保持8~10 h;后期温度设定在45℃,湿度45%,并保持30 h;在此条件下干燥核桃不仅速率快且产品品质好。
利用熱泵榦燥設備,在不同榦燥條件下針對大理去皮鮮覈桃進行榦燥,得齣覈桃的熱泵榦燥麯線和榦燥速率麯線。結果錶明,榦燥溫度和榦燥介質的相對濕度是影響熱泵榦燥覈桃的重要因素,根據覈桃的榦燥麯線和榦燥速率麯線得到以下結論併進行瞭相應的試驗研究:定色期榦燥溫度設定在40℃,濕度35%,併保持8~10 h;後期溫度設定在45℃,濕度45%,併保持30 h;在此條件下榦燥覈桃不僅速率快且產品品質好。
이용열빙간조설비,재불동간조조건하침대대리거피선핵도진행간조,득출핵도적열빙간조곡선화간조속솔곡선。결과표명,간조온도화간조개질적상대습도시영향열빙간조핵도적중요인소,근거핵도적간조곡선화간조속솔곡선득도이하결론병진행료상응적시험연구:정색기간조온도설정재40℃,습도35%,병보지8~10 h;후기온도설정재45℃,습도45%,병보지30 h;재차조건하간조핵도불부속솔쾌차산품품질호。
In this paper,heat pump drying curves and drying rate curves of walnuts are presen-ted by using heat pump drying equipment to dry the Dali peeled fresh walnuts in different drying conditions .The results show that the drying temperature and the relative humidity of drying medium are important factors affecting the heat pump drying of walnuts.According to the drying curves and drying rate curves we obtained the following conclusions and then conducted the cor-responding experimental study:at the color fixing stage the drying temperature is set at 40 ℃, humidity 35%,and keeping for 8 to 10 hours long;at the late drying stage the temperature is set at 45 ℃,humidity 45%,maintaining 30 hours long.Under the above conditions the walnut drying is not only fast but with good quality.
