以郑州市6个公园绿地为研究对象,采集0~20 cm土层的108份土壤样品,测定其理化性质和土壤酶活性,并对其土壤酶活性及其与土壤理化性质进行相关性分析。结果表明,碧沙岗公园尿酶活性及磷酸酶活性最强,滨河公园过氧化氢酶活性最强,郑州绿博园多酚氧化酶活性最强;尿酶与速效钾呈正相关关系,与过氧化物酶呈负相关关系;过氧化氢酶与非毛管孔隙度、磷酸酶呈正相关关系,与速效磷、多酚氧化酶呈负相关关系;磷酸酶及蔗糖酶与土壤容重呈负相关关系,与非毛管孔隙度呈正相关关系;磷酸酶、蔗糖酶与水解性氮、阳离子交换量、有机质含量呈正相关关系;蔗糖酶与非毛管孔隙度呈正相关关系;多酚氧化酶与理化性质不相关。根据研究结果判断,土壤酶活性可以作为土壤肥力评价指标。

이정주시6개공완록지위연구대상,채집0~20 cm토층적108빈토양양품,측정기이화성질화토양매활성,병대기토양매활성급기여토양이화성질진행상관성분석。결과표명,벽사강공완뇨매활성급린산매활성최강,빈하공완과양화경매활성최강,정주록박완다분양화매활성최강;뇨매여속효갑정정상관관계,여과양화물매정부상관관계;과양화경매여비모관공극도、린산매정정상관관계,여속효린、다분양화매정부상관관계;린산매급자당매여토양용중정부상관관계,여비모관공극도정정상관관계;린산매、자당매여수해성담、양리자교환량、유궤질함량정정상관관계;자당매여비모관공극도정정상관관계;다분양화매여이화성질불상관。근거연구결과판단,토양매활성가이작위토양비력평개지표。
To test physi-chemical characterastics and enzymatic activity of soil , soil samples varies from 0 to 20 cm was collected from 6 city parks in Zhengzhou , and correlation analysis between enzymatic activity and physico-chemical characterastics was conducted as well .The results showed the urease and phosphatase activity of Bayside Kong Park was the strongest , catalase activity of the Riverside Park was the strongest , polyphenol oxidase enzyme activity of Zhengzhou Green Garden of was the strongest;There was positive correlation between the urine enzyme and available potassium , and negative correlation between the urine enzyme and peroxidase; The catalase had pos-itive correlation with both and non-capillary porosity and phosphatase , while had , negative correlation with availa-ble phosphorus , polyphenol oxidase; The phosphatase and invertase showed negative correlation with soil bulk density , but positive correlation with non-capillary porosity; The phosphatase and sucrose enzyme had positive cor-relation with hydrolytic nitrogen , cation exchange capacity , and organic matter; The invertase had positive corre-lation with the non capillary porosity; the polyphenol oxidase had no correlation with the physical and chemical properties.Based on the results of this study , the soil enzyme could be used as important index for soil quality e-valuation .
