为了探究生防菌对烟草抗病性的影响,2012年,以对黑胫病抗性不同的高抗品种(云烟87)、中抗品种( K326)和感病品种(红花大金元)等3种烟草品种70天苗龄的实生苗为实验材料,在烟苗茎秆接种黑胫病原后施用该生防菌,于不同接种时期(0天、15天、30天、45天、60天、75天)测定叶片中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,(1)高抗品种、中抗品种和感病品种的PAL、 PPO及POD活性水平皆明显高于各自的对照,且前期增加速度表现为高抗品种>中抗品种>感病品种,后期PPO活性减小情况也符合以上规律。(2)高抗品种、中抗品种和感病品种的MDA的含量增加速度明显低于各自的对照,前期MDA含量增加的速度和后期降低的速度均是感病品种>中抗品种>高抗品种。可见,施用该生防菌可通过调节抗性酶活性和MDA含量提高烟株对烟草黑胫病的抗病性。
為瞭探究生防菌對煙草抗病性的影響,2012年,以對黑脛病抗性不同的高抗品種(雲煙87)、中抗品種( K326)和感病品種(紅花大金元)等3種煙草品種70天苗齡的實生苗為實驗材料,在煙苗莖稈接種黑脛病原後施用該生防菌,于不同接種時期(0天、15天、30天、45天、60天、75天)測定葉片中苯丙氨痠解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、過氧化物酶(POD)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。結果錶明,(1)高抗品種、中抗品種和感病品種的PAL、 PPO及POD活性水平皆明顯高于各自的對照,且前期增加速度錶現為高抗品種>中抗品種>感病品種,後期PPO活性減小情況也符閤以上規律。(2)高抗品種、中抗品種和感病品種的MDA的含量增加速度明顯低于各自的對照,前期MDA含量增加的速度和後期降低的速度均是感病品種>中抗品種>高抗品種。可見,施用該生防菌可通過調節抗性酶活性和MDA含量提高煙株對煙草黑脛病的抗病性。
위료탐구생방균대연초항병성적영향,2012년,이대흑경병항성불동적고항품충(운연87)、중항품충( K326)화감병품충(홍화대금원)등3충연초품충70천묘령적실생묘위실험재료,재연묘경간접충흑경병원후시용해생방균,우불동접충시기(0천、15천、30천、45천、60천、75천)측정협편중분병안산해안매(PAL)、다분양화매(PPO)、과양화물매(POD)적활성급병이철(MDA)함량。결과표명,(1)고항품충、중항품충화감병품충적PAL、 PPO급POD활성수평개명현고우각자적대조,차전기증가속도표현위고항품충>중항품충>감병품충,후기PPO활성감소정황야부합이상규률。(2)고항품충、중항품충화감병품충적MDA적함량증가속도명현저우각자적대조,전기MDA함량증가적속도화후기강저적속도균시감병품충>중항품충>고항품충。가견,시용해생방균가통과조절항성매활성화MDA함량제고연주대연초흑경병적항병성。
For understanding the effect of a bio-bacterial strain on tobacco disease resistance , three 70-day-tobac-co cultivars with different resistance to black shank were used as materials in 2012.Phenylalanine ammonia lyase ( PAL) , polyphenol oxidase ( PPO) , peroxidase ( POD) and content of malondialdehyde ( MDA) in different pe-riod (0 d, 15 d, 30 d, 45 d, 60 d and 75 d) after infected with pathogen of tobacco black shank and applica-tion of bio-bacterial strain The results showed that: 1) PAL, PPO and POD of high resistant variety , resistant va-riety and susceptible variety were much higher than those of their control , and the increasing speed at early stage showed as high resistant variety >resistant variety>susceptible variety , and decreased of PPO activity later was al-so comply with the above rules .2) The increase speed of MDA content of high resistant variety , resistant variety and susceptible variety was much lower than those of their control , and the increasing speed at early stage and de-creasing speed at later stage of MDA content showed as susceptible variety >resistant variety >high resistant varie-ty.In this sense , by adusting resistant enzyme activity and MDA content , tobacco black shank disease resistance could be improved .
