以“中油5号”油桃为试材,研究了高氮水平下钙对设施油桃新梢生长动态、果实生长及品质的影响。结果表明:不同水平的施钙处理均促进了设施油桃的新梢生长及果实发育,提高了果实单果重、果实纵横径、果实硬度,提高了果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、糖酸比、 Vc、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸的含量。随着Ca2+浓度的增大,上述各指标的值均表现为先升高后降低的趋势,且均在Ca2+浓度为8 mmol/L时最大,与不施钙处理相比差异均达到显著性水平。不同水平的施钙处理均降低了果实可滴定酸含量,随着Ca2+浓度的增大,其含量表现为先降低后升高的趋势,在Ca2+浓度为8 mmol/L时最低,与不施钙处理相比差异均达到显著性水平。

Abstact: The effects of calcium on the fruit growth and quality of nectarine under high nitrogen level in greenhouse were stud-ied using 3-year-old nectarine (prunus persica var. nectariana cv. Zhongyou 5). The results showed that all levels of calcium promoted the growth and development of new shoot and fruit, and indexes for describing fruit quality including fruit weight, vertical diameter, horizontal diameter, firmness, and increased the contents of soluble solids, soluble sugar, sugar-acid rati-o, ascorbic acid, soluble protein, free amino-acids. All indexes above-mentioned rose firstly and then reduced with the in-creasing of calcium levels, and reached maximum at 8 mmol/L of calcium content. There was significant differences between the treatments with calcium application and the control. All levels of calcium reduced the contents of titratable acid, which re-duced firstly and then rose with the increasing of calcium levels, and reached minimum at 8 mmol/L, and also showed signifi-cant differences compared with 0 mmol/L.
