对某风场风速信号进行功率谱估计,分析样本风的频率特性,根据风速的频率特性调整控制参数,使风机在尽可能高功率输出的前提下减少变桨动作次数,提高系统的出力和寿命。在Matlab/Simulink中建立变桨距风力发电机数学模型,对此模型为引入模糊控制算法,根据模糊控制理论设计模糊控制器,在低风速时能够获取最大的风能,高风速时能够使输出功率恒定。不仅能有效的减少振荡,而且可以较快的达到稳态。
