目前，我国基本建设速度不断加快，建筑面积不断扩大。然而，伴随着建筑物的新建、改造、拆除、重建，混凝土材料用量巨大，不仅造成了资源和能源的大量消耗，同时还造成了环境污染，直接影响人类的生产生活和可持续发展。再生混凝土作为一种绿色建筑材料，不仅可以从源头解决废弃混凝土的处理问题，同时节约了天然骨料资源，缓解了供需矛盾，极大地满足了可持续发展要求，具有显著的社会效益、经济效益和环保效益。本文通过对再生混凝土的基本性能的表述，阐明了其工程应用的可行性，并通过大量阅读、调查、整理关于再生混凝土的资料，进一步找出了再生混凝土的发展趋势，为后续研究提供理论保障。

At-present,-the-basic-construction-speed-of-our-country-accelerate-constantly,-the-construction-area-expands-un-ceasingly.-However,-along-with-the-new---built,-renovation,-demolition-and-reconstruction-of-the-buildings,-the-consumption-of-concrete-material-is-great,-which-not-only-brought-out-a-large-number-of-resources-and-energy-consumption,-but-also-caused-environment-pollution,-affected-human-life-and-sustainable-de-velopment-directly.-The-recycled-concrete-as-a-kind-of-green-building-materials,-on-the-one-hand,-can-solve-the-processing-problem-of-waste-concrete-from-the-source,-and-save-the-natural-aggregate-resources-at-the-same-time,-which-can-relieve-the-con-tradiction-between-supply-and-demand,-meet-the-requirement-of-the-sustainable-development-enormously,-and-would-have-signifi-cant-social-benefit,-economic-benefit-and-environmental-benefit.-This-paper-elaborated-the-basic-properties-of-the-recycled-con-crete,-illustrated-the-feasibility-of-its-engineering-application,-and-found-out-the-trend-of-the-recycled-concrete-through-reading, investigating-and-sorting-great-mass-of-recycled-concrete-data,-which-would-provide-theoretical-guarantee-for-further-research.
