目的：比较白介素-2(IL-2)联合黄芪注射液、泛昔洛韦与单独应用泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法带状疱疹患者46例，随机分为两组，每组23例。分别给予单独口服泛昔洛韦(对照组)以及IL-2皮下注射联合黄芪注射液静脉滴注、泛昔洛韦口服进行治疗(治疗组)。对比两组疗效。结果两组在疼痛缓解时间、总有效率、后遗神经痛发生率上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 IL-2联合黄芪注射液、泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹在缩短疼痛时间、提高总有效率、减少后遗神经痛发生情况上有较好的效果。
목적：비교백개소-2(IL-2)연합황기주사액、범석락위여단독응용범석락위치료대상포진적료효。방법대상포진환자46례，수궤분위량조，매조23례。분별급여단독구복범석락위(대조조)이급IL-2피하주사연합황기주사액정맥적주、범석락위구복진행치료(치료조)。대비량조료효。결과량조재동통완해시간、총유효솔、후유신경통발생솔상차이유통계학의의(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。결론 IL-2연합황기주사액、범석락위치료대상포진재축단동통시간、제고총유효솔、감소후유신경통발생정황상유교호적효과。
Objective To compare the curative effect of treatment of interleukin-2 combined with huangqi injection and famciclovir and treatment of applying famciclovir only for herpes zoster. Methods A total of 46 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was received oral administration of famciclovir, while the treatment group was received subcutaneous injection of interleukin-2 combined with intravenous drip of huangqi injection and oral administration of famciclovir. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The differences between the two groups of pain relief time, total effective rate and incidence of post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN) were statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of interleukin-2 combined with huangqi injection and famciclovir for elderly patients with herpes zoster has advantages of reducing pain time, improving total effective rate, and reducing the incidence of PHN.
