目的:观察不同浓度糖溶液浸润大鼠背根神经节后对大鼠行为学产生的影响。方法:60只成年SD大鼠,制作鞘内置管动物模型,分笼饲养72小时后无神经损伤者按随机法分成4组,分别鞘内注射生理盐水、3%葡萄糖溶液、5%葡萄糖溶液和10%葡萄糖溶液40ul,在注药后24小时、48小时和72小时依次用体重变化、自主活动计数、站立次数、平行线实验和热缩足潜伏期测量的方法评估不同浓度糖溶液浸润大鼠背根神经节对其行为学产生的影响。结果:除了5%葡萄糖溶液组和10%葡萄糖溶液组大鼠在给药后24小时平行线实验各有1只大鼠未通过外,给药后连续3天各组大鼠的体重增量、自主活动格子数、站立次数和热缩足潜伏期时间虽存在差异,但组内、组间差异均无统计学意义。结论:3%~10%浓度的葡萄糖溶液浸润背根神经节未对大鼠行为学构成明显的影响。

Objective:To investigate the influence of different concentration of glucose solution intrathecal injection on rat behavior .Methods:60 adult SD rats were put the tube under the rat spinal cord arachnoidea as a animal model and observed for 72 hours, and which without any spinal damage were divided randomly into 4 groups including NS group , 3%GS group, 5%GS group and 10%GS group.Five kinds of be-havioral tests including weight change , open field, rearing, horizontal wire test and the thermal withdrawal latency (TWL) were used to e-valuate different concentration of sugar solution in rat dorsal root ganglion of the impact of their behavior .Results:Except one rat missed the horizontal wire test both in the 5%GS group and 10%GS group at 24 hour, there was no statistically significant difference between the group and inside the group after catheter medicine in three days , through the difference existed in weight change , open field, rearing and TWL tests.Conclusion:There should have no clear evidence shows that 3% -10%concentration of glucose solution would be obvious in-fluence on the behavior of rats .
