Alprostadil%Dexamethasone%Sudden deafness
目的：观察前列地尔联合地塞米松治疗突聋的疗效。方法：对照组：生理盐水100ml＋前列地尔10μg，1日1次，静脉滴注14天；治疗组：在对照组治疗的基础上加入地塞米松注射液治疗。结果：治疗组临床有效率为80．39％，对照组为58．33％，其差异经统计学分析有统计学意义。结论：前列地尔联合地塞米松治疗突发性聋疗效确切，值得推广。

목적：관찰전렬지이연합지새미송치료돌롱적료효。방법：대조조：생리염수100ml＋전렬지이10μg，1일1차，정맥적주14천；치료조：재대조조치료적기출상가입지새미송주사액치료。결과：치료조림상유효솔위80．39％，대조조위58．33％，기차이경통계학분석유통계학의의。결론：전렬지이연합지새미송치료돌발성롱료효학절，치득추엄。
To observe the curative effect of alprostadil combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of sudden deafness . Methods:Control group:normal saline 100ml+alprostadil 10 μg, QD ×14, intravenous infusion; treatment group: the addition of dexamethasone injection therapy based on the control group treatment .Results:The clinical effective rate was 80.39%, 58.33% in the control group , the difference was statistically significant by statistical analysis .Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with dexamethasone in treating sudden deafness should be worthy of promotion .
