目的：探讨锐扶刀消融子宫内膜治疗无生育要求的子宫出血的疗效。方法：用锐扶刀在B超监视和引导下，通过产生热效应使子宫内膜基底层和功能层（2～3mm）发生凝固、变性和坏死脱落，创面纤维化，从而达到1次性治愈的目的。治疗131例，随访117例，平均随访时间1年（术后2～18个月）。结果：术后3个月子宫出血1次性治愈率达89．74％，术后感染率0．76％。结论：锐扶刀消融子宫内膜治疗无生育要求的子宫出血治愈率高，操作安全、简便，术后并发症少，患者易于接受。
목적：탐토예부도소융자궁내막치료무생육요구적자궁출혈적료효。방법：용예부도재B초감시화인도하，통과산생열효응사자궁내막기저층화공능층（2～3mm）발생응고、변성화배사탈락，창면섬유화，종이체도1차성치유적목적。치료131례，수방117례，평균수방시간1년（술후2～18개월）。결과：술후3개월자궁출혈1차성치유솔체89．74％，술후감염솔0．76％。결론：예부도소융자궁내막치료무생육요구적자궁출혈치유솔고，조작안전、간편，술후병발증소，환자역우접수。
To discuss the effect of treating the uterus bleed disease by radio -frequency by eliminate to melt endometrial with no request of procreation .Methods:Under the B scan surveillance and leadings , produce hot effect to make the endometrial`s base layer and function layer(2-3 mm) occurrences solidify, change property and bad deads to shed off by radio -frequency, Create to face the fiber to turn to attain a purpose that primary cure .Treatments were 131 cases.Follow-ups were 117 cases.Average follow up time was 12months(2month-18months after operation).Results:Primary healing rate of The uterus bleed disease is 89.74%after operation 3month.Infection rate after operation was 0.76%.Conclusion:Healing rate of The uterus bleed disease by radio -frequency by eliminate to melt endometrial with no request of procreation was high ,which was safe .Operation process should be simple and the complication was low ,so it might be easily accepted by the paitients .
