目的探索提高解剖实验教学效果的有效方法。方法建设数字化实验教学考核资源库并分阶段实施实验教学数字化考核。选取护理专业2012,2013级各4个班级学生共340人为研究对象。通过师生座谈、相关性分析等方法评价实验教学数字化考核的效果。结果2012级护理专业共184个学生的实验成绩、理论成绩均分分别为:78.82±12.99分、77.3±12.08分,2013级护理专业共156个学生的实验成绩、理论成绩均分分别为:77.91±11.68分、72.55±9.77分。两个年级抽样班级学生的理论考试成绩与实验考核成绩间都存在线性相关。结论实验教学考核实现数字化、集约化、高效化,取得以考促教、以考促学、教学相长的良好效果。实验教学数字化考核是提高解剖学实验教学效果的有效途径。

Objective To explore a new way to improve the effect of experimental teaching in anatomy. Methods Digital examinations of experimental teaching were carried out by steps followed by construction of digital examination resource library for experimental teaching. A total of 340 nursing students from 4 classes of 2012 and 2013 grades were selected for this study. The effect of digital examination was observed by informal discussion of students or teachers and it was treated by Pearson correlation analysis. Results In 2012,the experimental and theoretical results of 184 nursing students were:78.82 ±12.99 points and 77.3 ±12.08 points respectively. In 2013,the experimental and theoretical results of 156 nursing students were:77.91 ±11.68 points and 72. 55 ±9. 77 points respectively. Linear correlation analysis showed the existence of correlation between grade sampling theory exam results and experimental test results of students in these 2 classes. Conclusion Through the digital examination,digitalization, intensiveness and efficiency were realized in teaching,and teaching and studying were promoted by examinations,and learning from each other had been achieved too. By carrying out digital examination,it is effective to upgrade the result of experimental teaching in anatomy.
