目的：探讨I期植骨加锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的方法和疗效。方法：采用I期植骨加锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折58例，术后随访（18±1.63）个月，术前术后膝关节功能采用Merchan评分标准进行评分。结果：52例达一期愈合，6例骨折迟缓愈合、不愈合，其中2例钢板术后断裂。Merchan评分标准显示：优40例，良12例，差6例，优良率为89.6%，评分比较有统计学差异。结论：I 期植骨加锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折固定牢靠，愈合率高，关节功能恢复良好。
목적：탐토I기식골가쇄정강판내고정치료고골원단골절적방법화료효。방법：채용I기식골가쇄정강판내고정치료고골원단골절58례，술후수방（18±1.63）개월，술전술후슬관절공능채용Merchan평분표준진행평분。결과：52례체일기유합，6례골절지완유합、불유합，기중2례강판술후단렬。Merchan평분표준현시：우40례，량12례，차6례，우량솔위89.6%，평분비교유통계학차이。결론：I 기식골가쇄정강판내고정치료고골원단골절고정뢰고，유합솔고，관절공능회복량호。
To discuss stage I of bone graft procedures integrated with lockplate internal fixation for treatment of distal femoral fracture and the therapeutic effect. Methods:Apply stage I of bone graft procedures integrated with lockplate internal fixation in the 58 patients with distal femoral fractures, and do the follow-up visit for 6 months to 36 months after the operation, averagely for 18 months. Results:56 patients reached primary healing, and two patients had ruptured plates after the operation. Knee functional assessment on the basis of Merchan evaluation standard, 45 cases for A, 11 cases for B and 3 cases for C. Conclusion:Stage I of bone graft procedures integrated with lockplate internal fixation for treatment of distal femoral fracture is great with advantages of small wound, firm fixation and well recovery of knee functions.
