本文从中医脾胃角度，对慢性乙型肝炎的病因、病位、病性、病势等方面进行论述，认为本病的发生发展不仅与肝有关，也与脾胃密切相关，顾护脾胃贯穿于慢性乙型肝炎治疗的整个过程，强调了从脾胃论治本病的重要性。
본문종중의비위각도，대만성을형간염적병인、병위、병성、병세등방면진행논술，인위본병적발생발전불부여간유관，야여비위밀절상관，고호비위관천우만성을형간염치료적정개과정，강조료종비위론치본병적중요성。
In this paper, from the angle of Pi and Wei, the etiology, disease location, disease nature, disease trends and so on, chronic hepatitis B are discussed. We believe that the occurrence and development of this disease is not only related with liver, and also closely related to the Pi and Wei. To the Pi and Wei runs through the whole process in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. It emphasizes the importance of cure this disease from Pi and Wei.
