目的：探讨仰卧位三步整颈手法配合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组，每组60例；治疗组采用仰卧位三步整颈手法治疗配合颈椎牵引治疗，对照组采用口服双氯芬酸钠。比较两组患者治疗前后VAS评分和临床总有效率。结果：治疗前两组患者VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗后1周均较治疗前下降（P<0.05），治疗组低于对照组（P<0.05），治疗后1周治疗组总有效率优于对照组（x2＝5.926，P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：仰卧位三步整颈手法配合颈椎牵引疗效确切，是神经根型颈椎病的有效治疗手段，具有临床推广应用价值。
목적：탐토앙와위삼보정경수법배합경추견인치료신경근형경추병적림상료효。방법：장120례신경근형경추병환자수궤분위량조，매조60례；치료조채용앙와위삼보정경수법치료배합경추견인치료，대조조채용구복쌍록분산납。비교량조환자치료전후VAS평분화림상총유효솔。결과：치료전량조환자VAS평분차이무통계학의의（P<0.05），치료후1주균교치료전하강（P<0.05），치료조저우대조조（P<0.05），치료후1주치료조총유효솔우우대조조（x2＝5.926，P<0.05），차이유통계학의의。결론：앙와위삼보정경수법배합경추견인료효학절，시신경근형경추병적유효치료수단，구유림상추엄응용개치。
To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM manipulation on nerve root type of cervical spondylosis. Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment was given TCM manipulation, the control took orally Diclofenac. The total efficacy and VAS score were compared before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment, the difference of VAS scores was not significant (P<0.05). In one week, VAS scores decreased (P<0.05), VAS score in the treatment was lower than that in the control (P<0.05), the total efficacy in the treatment was better than that in the control (x2=5.926, P<0.05), the difference was significant. Conclusion:TCM manipulation was effective on nerve root type of cervical spondylosis, and worthy of clinical promotion.
