目的：观察参苓白术散合二陈汤加针灸治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分为两组，均给予格列齐特口服降糖，对照组在此基础上加用胰岛素增敏剂罗格列酮处理；治疗组在此基础上给予参苓白术散合二陈汤加针灸治疗；两组均治疗12周后观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，且治疗后FBG、P2hBG、HbAIc、FINS、ISI、IRI各指标水平改善优于对照组。结论：参苓白术散合二陈汤加针灸能够明显改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗。
목적：관찰삼령백술산합이진탕가침구치료2형당뇨병이도소저항적림상료효。방법：장90례환자수궤분위량조，균급여격렬제특구복강당，대조조재차기출상가용이도소증민제라격렬동처리；치료조재차기출상급여삼령백술산합이진탕가침구치료；량조균치료12주후관찰림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조，차치료후FBG、P2hBG、HbAIc、FINS、ISI、IRI각지표수평개선우우대조조。결론：삼령백술산합이진탕가침구능구명현개선2형당뇨병이도소저항。
To observe clinical effects of the Shenling Baizhu San and the Erchen decoction and acupuncture therapeutic on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, two groups were given gliclazide oral, control group based on the use of insulin sensitizer rosiglitazone increased treatment; the treatment group was given the Erchen decoction and acupuncture and the Shenling Baizhu San; clinical curative effect in the two groups was observed in 12 weeks treatment. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, and after treatment with FBG, P2hBG, HbAIc, FINS, ISI, IRI each index was better than the control group. Conclusion: The Shenling Baizhu San and the Erchen decoction and acupuncture can significantly improve insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
