目的建立中国军人心身健康常模.方法采用随机整群抽样法抽取10 368名军人,进行中国军人心身健康量表的测评,对样本资料应用t检验、方差分析等统计处理.结果 (1)除呼吸系统[分别为(0.42±0.81)分,(0.44±0.76)分,(0.45±0.70)分]和生殖及内分泌[分别为(0.70 ±0.90)分,(0.68±0.90)分,(0.71 ±0.88)分]外,其他各心身健康因子分在陆、海、空三军间差异有统计学显著性(P＜0.05或0.01),陆军的心身健康状况最好,空军、海军欠佳；(2)不同性别军人在部分心身健康因子上有显著差异,其中,男性在生殖及内分泌系[(0.68±0.90)分]、神经系[(0.87±1.35)分]等因子得分上均低于女性[分别为(0.82土0.90)分,(1.02±1.35)分],差异有显著性(P＜0.05或0.01)；男性在呼吸系[(0.44±0.78)分]、精神病性[(3.31±1.52)分]因子得分上则高于女性[分别为(0.33±0.79),(1.16±1.51)分],差异有显著性(P＜0.05)；男性军人的总体心身健康状况优于女性军人；(3)士兵组呼吸系统[(0.40±0.78)分]、心血管系[(0.37±0.901)分]、消化系统[(0.69±1.349)分]、骨骼肌肉[(0.65±1.14)分]、皮肤[(0.47±0.98)分]、生殖及内分泌[(0.67±0.90)分]、神经系[(0.83±1.35)分]、焦虑[(2.20±2.54)分]等8个因子显著优于军官组(P＜0.01),为此分别建立中国军人心身健康总体常模、军兵种、性别及军官与士兵常模.结论本研究建立的中国军人心身健康总体常模、军兵种常模、不同性别及军官与士兵常模对军队人才心理选拔、心身障碍筛查等提供重要支撑.

Objective To develop psychosomatic health norm for military personnel by means of the Chinese Military Psychosomatic Health Scale.Methods Random cluster sampling design was used to select the samples.A test by Chinese Military Psychosomatic Health Scale was carried out in 11 200 military personnel from the whole army,and the data in valid sample of 10 368 military personnel was analyzed by ANOVA and t test analysis.Results Significant differences of the military personnel psychosomatic health existed in different services except respiratory system (0.42 ± 0.81,0.44 ± 0.76,0.45 ± 0.70),reproductive-endocrine system (0.70 ± 0.90,0.68 ± 0.90,0.71 ±0.88,P＜0.05 or 0.01),the entire status of the land force' s psychosomatic health was better than the other' s.(2) In genders,male had the better entire status of psychosomatic health.As compared with female (0.82 ±0.90,1.02 ± 1.35,P＜0.05 or 0.01),male had lower scores in reproductive and urinary system(0.68 ± 0.90) and nervous system(0.87 ± 1.35),but higher scores in respiratory system (0.44 ± 0.78) and psychoticism (3.31 ± 1.52) (P ＜ 0.05).(3) In ranks,the soldier' s respiratory symptom (0.40 ± 0.78),cardiovascular symptom (0.37 ± 0.901),alimentary system (0.69 ± 1.349),bone-muscle (2.20 ± 2.54),skin (0.47 ± 0.98),nervous system(0.83 ± 1.35),reproductive-endocrine system(0.67 ± 0.90),anxiety(0.65 ± 1.14)was better than the ofricers' (P ＜ 0.01).Accordingly,4 norms of the Chinese Military Psychosomatic Health Scale,including the whole norm,the service norm,the gender norm and the rank norm,were founded.Conclusion The norms of different services,ranks,genders can be developed.Imaginably,it will be a great useful offer of psychological assistance for the selection of military talent and the screening of psychosomatic disorder as a good tool.
