目的：观察中医体质护理对糖尿病并牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取糖尿病合并牙周炎患者100例，随机将其分为治疗组和对照组各50例，其中治疗组在牙周基础治疗基础上加用中医体质护理，对照组在牙周基础治疗基础上使用四环素凝胶剂，记录牙周同一点治疗前和治疗后4周的牙周探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、探诊出血(BOP)、菌斑指数(PLI)及附着丧失(AL)等。结果两组患者治疗前，牙周指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后4周，治疗组PD、BOP、PLI和AL指数均低于治疗前，其中PD、BOP、PLI治疗后水平明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医体质护理对糖尿病及其牙周炎的治疗有很好的辅助性效果，值得推广。
목적：관찰중의체질호리대당뇨병병아주염적림상료효。방법선취당뇨병합병아주염환자100례，수궤장기분위치료조화대조조각50례，기중치료조재아주기출치료기출상가용중의체질호리，대조조재아주기출치료기출상사용사배소응효제，기록아주동일점치료전화치료후4주적아주탐진심도(PD)、아간지수(GI)、탐진출혈(BOP)、균반지수(PLI)급부착상실(AL)등。결과량조환자치료전，아주지표차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)，치료후4주，치료조PD、BOP、PLI화AL지수균저우치료전，기중PD、BOP、PLI치료후수평명현저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채용중의체질호리대당뇨병급기아주염적치료유흔호적보조성효과，치득추엄。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution nursing in the treatment of diabetes and periodontitis.MethodsDivided 100 diabetes outpatients with periodontitis in our hospital into treatment group and control group. The treatment group’s patients were given TCM constitution nursing on the basis of initial periodontal therapy, on the other hand, control group was given tetracycline gel. The periodontal PD, GI, BOP, bacteria plaque index(PLI) and attachment loss(AL) and other indicators were recorded in the same point before 4 weeks after treatment.ResultsThe differences of periodontal index in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05). The PD, BOP, PLI and Al of treatment group after 4 weeks were decreased compared to before treatment, which were significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTCM constitution nursing is effective in the treatment of diabetes and periodontitis, so it is worthy of clinical application.
