目的：探讨护理干预对应用黄油纱条填塞治疗鼻出血患者的临床价值。方法：选取84例鼻出血患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取综合护理干预。结果：对照组治疗总有效率为83.3%，观察组总有效率为95.2%，观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对应用黄油纱条填塞治疗鼻出血患者采取护理干预，可提高治疗效果和患者生活质量。
목적：탐토호리간예대응용황유사조전새치료비출혈환자적림상개치。방법：선취84례비출혈환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조채취상규호리，관찰조채취종합호리간예。결과：대조조치료총유효솔위83.3%，관찰조총유효솔위95.2%，관찰조료효명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：대응용황유사조전새치료비출혈환자채취호리간예，가제고치료효과화환자생활질량。
To investigate clinical efficacy of nursing intervention on epistaxis with butter gauze. Methods:84 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given routine caring, the treatment was given comprehensive caring. Results: The total efficacy in the control was 83.3%and 95.2%in the treatment. Clinical efficacy in the treatment was better than that in the control (P<0.05). Conclusion:Nursing intervention on patients with epistaxis was confirmed with good effects, and improved patients’ living quality.
