目的:探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀预处理对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法:健康成年雄性SD大鼠72只,随机分为6组(n=12):假手术组(S组);缺血再灌注组(IR组);阳性对照硝苯地平预处理组(N组);阿托伐他汀低、中和高剂量预处理组(AL组、AM组和AH组)。再灌注24h,检测大鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)水平,丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性,观察肾组织形态学改变。结果:与S组比较,其余五组血清BUN和Cr水平、MDA含量升高, SOD活性降低(P<0.05),肾组织有不同程度的病理学损伤。与IR组比较,AL组、AM组和AH组血清BUN和Cr水平、MDA含量降低,SOD活性升高(P<0.05),肾组织病理学损伤减轻,但AL组、AM组和AH组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀预处理对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤有明显保护作用,其机制可能与抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。

목적:탐토불동제량아탁벌타정예처리대대서신장결혈재관주손상적영향。방법:건강성년웅성SD대서72지,수궤분위6조(n=12):가수술조(S조);결혈재관주조(IR조);양성대조초분지평예처리조(N조);아탁벌타정저、중화고제량예처리조(AL조、AM조화AH조)。재관주24h,검측대서혈청뇨소담(BUN)화기항(Cr)수평,병이철(MDA)함량화초양물기화매(SOD)활성,관찰신조직형태학개변。결과:여S조비교,기여오조혈청BUN화Cr수평、MDA함량승고, SOD활성강저(P<0.05),신조직유불동정도적병이학손상。여IR조비교,AL조、AM조화AH조혈청BUN화Cr수평、MDA함량강저,SOD활성승고(P<0.05),신조직병이학손상감경,단AL조、AM조화AH조지간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:아탁벌타정예처리대대서신장결혈재관주손상유명현보호작용,기궤제가능여억제지질과양화반응유관。
To discuss protective effects of different doses of atorvastatin on ischemical reperfusion injury of kidney in rats. Methods: 72 healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups (n=12): sham operation group(group S); ischemia reperfusion group(group IR); nifedipine pretreatment group(group N); low, medium and high doses of atorvastatin pretreatment group(group AL, group AM and group AH). With reperfusion for 24 hours, the level of BUN, Cr, MDA and SOD activity was detected, and pathological changes in kidney tissues were observed. Results:Compared with group S, the level of BUN, Cr and MDA was significantly higher (P<0.05), and the SOD activities was obviously lower in other groups(P<0.05). Compared with group IR, the level of BUN, Cr and MDA was obviously lower (P<0.05), the SOD activities was significantly higher, and the pathological changes were reduced in AL, AM and AH groups (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:There were significant protective effects of atorvastatin pretreatment in ischemical reperfusion injury of kidney in rats, which may be related to the inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
