目的:从儿童体内分离大肠埃希菌,并分析其耐药状况。方法本实验中从未满18周岁儿童体内分离出123例大肠埃希菌,并测定其对头孢克肟、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、头孢曲松、环丙沙星、庆大霉素、亚胺培南和复方新诺明等抗生素的敏感性。结果环丙沙星是最活跃的抗菌剂(易感率77.8%),其次为庆大霉素(66.4%)。耐药率较高的是头孢克肟(58.5%)和复方新诺明(56.9%)。结论抗菌药物敏感性的调查至关重要,将有助于发现对抗菌药物耐药的大肠埃希菌,利于限制耐药的大肠埃希菌传播。

목적:종인동체내분리대장애희균,병분석기내약상황。방법본실험중종미만18주세인동체내분리출123례대장애희균,병측정기대두포극우、두포새우、두포타정、두포곡송、배병사성、경대매소、아알배남화복방신낙명등항생소적민감성。결과배병사성시최활약적항균제(역감솔77.8%),기차위경대매소(66.4%)。내약솔교고적시두포극우(58.5%)화복방신낙명(56.9%)。결론항균약물민감성적조사지관중요,장유조우발현대항균약물내약적대장애희균,리우한제내약적대장애희균전파。
Objective To isolate escherichia coli from children and investigate the drug resistance. MethodsCollected 123 cases of escherichia coli from children and then determined their susceptibility to cefotaxime, cefixime, ceftazidime, ciprofloxacin, ceftriaxone, gentamicin, imipenem, cotrimoxazole. Results Ciprofloxacin was the most effective(77.8% susceptible), followed by drug gentamicin (66.4% susceptible). The most common resistant-drug was cefixime (58.5%) and cotrimoxazole (56.9%).ConclusionThe study drug resistance of escherichia coli is very important in prevention of escherichia coli spread.
