目的：探讨中药配方颗粒脑缺血散治疗脑梗死的临床效果，为临床治疗脑梗死寻找新的组方和制剂提供参考。方法：选择330例脑梗死患者，随机分成对照组、中药配方颗粒脑缺血散组和中药配方颗粒脑缺血散相当量中药饮片组，对比分析临床治疗效果。结果：脑缺血散组治疗脑梗死的临床疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.01），中药配方颗粒组和中药饮片组临床疗效无明显差别（P>0.05）。结论：中药配方颗粒脑缺血散治疗脑梗死安全有效，可作为脑梗死治疗的辅助用药。
목적：탐토중약배방과립뇌결혈산치료뇌경사적림상효과，위림상치료뇌경사심조신적조방화제제제공삼고。방법：선택330례뇌경사환자，수궤분성대조조、중약배방과립뇌결혈산조화중약배방과립뇌결혈산상당량중약음편조，대비분석림상치료효과。결과：뇌결혈산조치료뇌경사적림상료효명현우우대조조（P<0.01），중약배방과립조화중약음편조림상료효무명현차별（P>0.05）。결론：중약배방과립뇌결혈산치료뇌경사안전유효，가작위뇌경사치료적보조용약。
To provide new preparations for cerebral infraction based on clinical effects of Nao Quexue San. Methods:To analyze clinical effects of Nao Quexue San in 330 patients who were randomly divided into three groups. Results:The total efficiency of Nao Quexue San was significantly better than the control (P<0.01). Clinical effects in the TCM granule and the TCM yinpian show no obvious difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:Nao Quexue San as an assistant medicine for cerebral infarction is safe and effective.
