目的：观察口服清热祛毒汤结合一期根治术治疗热毒炽盛证低位肛痈术后并发症。方法：将60例符合纳入标准的热毒炽盛型低位肛痈患者随机分成A组（中药加手术组）与B组（抗生素加手术组），比较两组在术后出现肛周湿疹、便秘等方面的区别。结果：两组在肛周湿疹、术后便秘方面差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：清热祛毒汤结合一期根治术治疗热毒炽盛证低位肛痈术后出现并发症的几率比使用抗生素组低。
목적：관찰구복청열거독탕결합일기근치술치료열독치성증저위항옹술후병발증。방법：장60례부합납입표준적열독치성형저위항옹환자수궤분성A조（중약가수술조）여B조（항생소가수술조），비교량조재술후출현항주습진、편비등방면적구별。결과：량조재항주습진、술후편비방면차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：청열거독탕결합일기근치술치료열독치성증저위항옹술후출현병발증적궤솔비사용항생소조저。
To observe effects of the Qingre Qudu decoction plus operation on low rectal abscess complications. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the group A was given TCM medicine plus operation;and the group B was given antibiotics pluscoperation, difference of clinical symptoms following operation was compared. Results: There is statistically significant difference of perianal eczema, constipation following operation (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Qingre Qudu decoction plus operation has lower recurrence than antibiotic.
