目的：观察并分析使用体外反搏(EECP)治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。方法UAP患者78例,随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组实施药物治疗,实验组在此基础上加用体外反搏治疗,对比观察两组患者临床效果及心绞痛发作情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率89.74%明显高于对照组71.79%,6 min步行实验结果优于对照组,心绞痛发作持续时间及硝酸甘油使用量少于对照组, P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对UAP患者实施体外反搏治疗,能够有效改善其临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数、降低其持续时间,并减少硝酸甘油使用,具有理想的临床疗效,可以作为无创治疗方法而在临床上推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)in treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris.MethodsDivided 78 cases of unstable angina pectoris and coronary heart disease patients into experimental group and control group, control group for drug treatment, experimental group on the basis of control group for external counterpulsation therapy, clinical effect and angina frequency were observed and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group, 6 min walk test Results was better than control group, duration of angina pectoris and nitroglycerinconsumption were less than control group, P<0.05, the difference had statistical significance.ConclusionThe implementation of external counterpulsation therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the times of angina pectoris, its duration and use of nitroglycerin for unstable angina pectoris and coronary heart disease patients, with ideal clinical curative effect, so it can be used as a noninvasive method for clinical promotion.
